[0.90][Bug/Interface] Mini-Map Contents Display Offset

See Below Screenshot, When first toggling on, the minimap appears empty, but when dragged far enough to the right, the contents of the minimap become visible about a thousand pixels to the right.

Clicking the arrows on the mini-map window enlarges the view and properly centers the contents.
