[0.90][Bug/Gameplay] "Cast Spell" button enabled in spellbook for unresearched/unavailable spells

Opening the spellbook after just having started a new game, all the spells had their 'cast spell' button enabled, even those not yet researched. I was able to cast spells in this way, and casting a spell caused it to be added to my sovereign's spell panel.

this didn't happen to me at the start of the game, i had just researched spell lvl 2, and when i clicked check spellbook to select my next spell to research the "cast spell" was on everything i should have been able to learn
