[.90][Bug][Gameplay] - CTD and starting location

Hello, two things to report, first one my starting location was very close to another faction, shown here.  Not sure we should be this close.

This didn't stop me from destroying them completely :)

However when i attacked the town and then the leader, my laptop went to a crawl, as every frame of animation took about 10 or so seconds to complete. After my victory I moved my leader and game CTD

Please post screenshots directly (this is very easy using Jing as described in the reporting guide); do not post them as embeds in word documents.
