Where is Janusk if not in my territory?
I can't get Janusk by speaking to him. Now he is in the middle of my city, and I can't get to him because he is not in my territory...??
On next turn, he is inside territory, but still.
Then he costs more gold to recruit than what I have. A bit expensive for Clippy, isnt't it?
I also had those problemd:
1) Janusk costing 120 Gold compared to my 100 Startig Gold (which is a bit low if you do not find a 100 Gildar Goddy hut)
2) Janus within a band of adventures costing 1260 Gold.
However, as i assume Janusk is going away for the final version Janusk problems will be quite low on the list.
I have this problem as well... even standing directly next to him doesn't allow me the option to initiate dialogue...
He's being a very rude NPC! 
Well, sometimes Janus doesn't even show up after the first turn. Normally when you start out in a "snow" area.
Ok... so I've nailed down what MY issues with Janusk were... When he first spawns sometimes, my cursor over him shows that I cannot speak with him, HOWEVER, if I double click on the hire NPC button, I get a pop up message stating that he costs 100 something gildar to recruit... Isn't Janusk supposed to be free? Gettin sick of Janusk anyway, he can't even hold a job... Every time he spawns he has a totally different career, Lol!
