No error, and no dump zips are even created. I try to run Elemental, it goes to a black screen and then back to desktop. All I can get is the error log.

Try setting the resolution to match your desktop in the prefs.ini file (it can be found in My Documents\My Games\Elemental).
No luck. Also no change with any of the following:
-Changing to a single monitor desktop
-Deleting the prefs file/resetting it to default values
-Changing to windowed mode in the prefs file.
They all result in the same app crash pointing to elemental.exe and user32.dll This problem is present in Beta-A, B, and C
