[.90][Bug/Performance]Occassional Lag/Temporary Freezing

Every so often there's a complete freeze/very big lag on doing anything in the game, most noticed when I'm scrolling the map.

The rest of the time, the game moves smoothly, but there's these periods where the game just lurches along. The lag impacts all aspects of the game, including going back to the main menu, using the interface, and even the music will be WAY softer than it should be. Then the game like wakes up and it plays just fine like there was no problem.

Okay, I'm going to bed for real. Been trying to see if I can't fix the Advanced Lighting on my end...

Seconding this as well, my game actually froze up on the FIRST turn with the stuttering.  Was able to reload and play for 4-5 turns then after my tactical battle it was down to 2 fps again.
