Elemental Beta Access

Your probably confusing people with the question, if you pre-order its full payment up front and your able to follow the link in your email to download the client or it will be in the my games list on impulse if you set your options to show pre-release products. If none of those happened, you ordered wrong and need to contact Stardock directly.

Rather than make a new post I guess I can tack it on here. What Chaintm said is correct, if you pre-order through impulse you get access to the beta through there you just have to set it to show pre-release. Having just pre-ordered and done that I've run into the brick wall of the download failing completely. Gets to about 7 percent and then fails a verification check. Error log gives this as the reason...

CptWussies, Elemental is on your account, so you should be able to see the game listed in Impulse under the "My Games" tab. First, however, you will need to enable "Show pre-release versions" under the Impulse main menu button at the top left.

Smarmellows, there are a lot of things that can cause MD5 errors. Please try adding exceptions for Impulse in any security software you have. If that doesn't work, and you are connecting through a router, try connecting your PC directly to your modem to ensure that this isn't a problem with the router. If you are still having trouble, please send an email to [email protected].

I'm having the same problem... even after selecting the option show pre-release versions.  It does not show up at all in my list of games, even though I have received a receipt e-mail for the product.  

Any solution for this?  I really want to try the Beta!!

Same here, I  pre-ordered through impulse and I have checked the box to show pre-release, but no beta.

Same for me. Bought it 2 days ago via website, checkbox is checked, no beta access.

Yes i also have the two check boxes my guess  is it isnt open beta anymore?>

Still no option for me either and I selected to show beta versions. Whats going on here?!

For those having problems with Elemental not showing up as available, please write in to [email protected]. Note that the Elemental beta is currently closed. If you purchased Elemental within the past couple days, you will not have access or be charged until the beta opens again.

Is anyone golng to answer this question, have been in the beta since first release, Do not have a link to the beta forums so here I ask
