[.806_3a][Graphics][Crash] Research Breakthrough

Technical Issue:

-Missing Text/Graphics
-Crash

"Research Breakthrough" screen popped up with no text and missing graphics. Clicking on a technology to unlock crashed the application. Notice the text on the bottom menu is also missing.
