Impulse not showing game

I purchased the Pre-order yesterday and it's not showing up on Impulse.  Did anyone else have this problem and is there anyway to resolve besides waiting for someone to answer an email?  I even registered the serial number, which impulse recognized and accepted but still nothing...

There is a setting in prefs that says something like show betas. Then it should appear. Your not the first to ask

Yeah, click the main pulldown button in the top-left, and select "Show pre-release versions".

I had the same problem. Now Im on the next one. I cant get the game to run!

Installed and all. Got an older game to run thru Impulse, but Elemental still wont run.

 

Is there a place to look for problems? Im looking for it. Yes, I did a search. Im sure Im not the 1st to ask...
