I just bought the retail version of trinity and when i put the cd in it would just take me to the original version of the game. I also tried using the registration code put it kept saying i have an invalid code. Does anyone else have this problem?
jimmy, did you include the '-' when you entered the code?
this happened to me when I baught trinity, but I remembered a post a while ago that had the code not being accepted, adnd it turned out that the ENTIRE code including the dashes IS VITAL.

ya i had the dashes in the code i tried both with and without and neither worked
sorry but is sounds like you need to email support at stardock.com with scans of the case & receipt(s) to get this issue sorted

Have you registered the game with impulse? If so do the expansions show up in the "Your Games" menu?
Please contact [email protected] about this. There have been some scattered reports of bad keys in a particular run of trinity boxes so they should be able to get this sorted out for you.
