[0.806][[Bug/Graphics]Snowy Graphics

I have played various stages of this beta and eventually I end up getting corrupted graphics.  The screen gets all snowy looking and it is near impossible to see what is going on.  I can scroll out to the cloth map and it is fine but when I scroll back in it is all snowy again.

Also, it seems when I am loading it up right after the splash screen it is a big blob of green and the music is really messed up.

I am at work so I cannot give a screenshot but if needed, I can post one later.

My machine is a XP box with the latest MS updates and my video card is a Nvidia 7950 GT (I think) with the latest drivers (well, I downloaded them 2 weeks ago).  I believe I have 4 gigs of ram on my machine.

Is this a known issue?

If you're having graphic issues, we need your debug.err and screenshots. Descriptions don't really do it.

is it green or red 'snow'?  

If that's the case, your graphics card is overheating try lowering the frame rate throttle in the game settings  or lowering the textures/shadows etc.  

The Nvidia series 7xxx 8xxx 9xxx were all notorious for overheating after a few months.  ( I went through 9 cards from different makes and models (no overclocking) in about 4 years. )

It is red or green snow but rather cloudy.  I guess snow was a bad way to describe it since I know that an overheating video card will show a "snow" like texture.

It happens at a specific time but can't remember until I go home and mess around with the game.  I thought I remember it happening when I start researching a spell and when I go back to the main screen, it is cloudy.  I will grab a screenshot the next time it happens.

The other thing is that when the game gets past the splash screen, it is a bright green blob and the sound seems like it is coming from an 80s video game (just some beeps).  I will grab a shot of that as well when I get home.
