[Bug][Sound][UI] Background music won't turn off

Deslecting the background music or lowering the volume does not affect the background music. It stays on. I'm guessing you do not need a debug.err or dxdiag.txt file for this yes?

Try turning off/lowering volume on layered music instead of music
