[.806] [Bug Interface ] [Crash] City Hud dissapears, with related Crash after using windows key

I noticed that after I resume Elemental after going to desktop with windows key that my City Hud had disappeared. This happens only in Fullscreen mode. In window mode it's fine.

Also once I exit to desktop in Fullscreen mode then return to the game, later when I exit the game a crash will always occur. If I exit in fullscreen mode without going to desktop the it exits normally without an error.

I've experienced the same thing after alt tabbing out. Left a strange looking pattern in a box where the HUD should have been. Some cities were OK and others were affected.
