[.806][Bug/Graphics] When Moving with the Quick Select Bar Cities Lose Building Graphics

Title says it all. I used the bar on the upper left of the screen to move to my cities, and the buildings disappeared. They reappeared later, when reinitialized, say, by zooming out then in again.
