[.806] [Bug] Spellbook learn button not available when brought up from dialog

At certain times a dialog appears asking if you want to increase to the next level or go to the spellbook. When you choose to go to the spellbook there is no learn button like there is if you do it from the button next to the spell points display. There should be as we are going here to learn new spells, aren't we?

There's a button there to learn the next spell level. I think that does the same thing.
