[0.806][Mechanics] GUI/Mechanics-- Food Not Calculating Properly (again?)

Only one settlement built, with one hut and one farm as shown in following screen shot:

If I only have 1 hut requiring one food and one farm able to produced 4 food, why do I only have TWO food in storage? (4-1 does not equal 2).

Looks like a rounding issue. If you look in the city details, you'll see that the farm is actually producing 3.2 food.
