BETA 3A [Bug/Graphics] Perpendicular lines in background pictures

In all background pictures, including the one in the main menu, or the wedding image, for example, have two perpendicular lines.

 

One that devides the screen in two parts (left and right), and another near and paralel to the bottom. So it looks like an inverted cross, to the full width and hight of the screen.

 

I'm running the game in Vista 64bits @ 1680x1050 resolution, with a GTX285 graphics card. Latest drivers.

I have the exact same issue at the same resolution with an 9800GT, latest drivers.

I am getting the same thing with an ATI 4350 at a resolution of 1280 by 960 using drivers that came out last week!

Same thing here.   1920 x 1080.  AI 5670 & 10.6 drivers.   XP sp3 32-bit.

Drivers 191.07 (outdated yes....but i havn't had any issues with games or cards dieing that other have by staying here :D)
