[3A CRASH] Ctiy Graphic crashes game

When I try to bring the view screen back to my main city the game exits out before any part of the city is rendered...

Here are two different games it happens in.

If it's happening for that particular city, a savegame to reproduce it may be helpful.

It happens in most of my games. So its not a particular city.
