[BUG] Repeatable CTD on End Turn, Beta 3-A

Hi.

Whenever I load this game i get a CTD on end turn . Something must trigger it as i got a ctd, found my next save about five turns before, another ctd on same turn, then eventually saved on turn before ctd and it now repeatedly happens . Also, if you find out what is causing it, could you let me know please so i could try and de-activate it? With 3-A i was finally feeling a transition from "I am testing" to "I am gaming" .

If the savegame reproduces the crash, please provide it also in addition to the dump.
