[Crash][3A - 0.806]Can`t start the game

No matter what i Chose, game Cash.

Judging from where the crash occurred, looks like you've got a bad install.  Un-install, clear out C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Stardock\Elemental - War of Magic\screens and re-install.
