[BETA3A][BUG] Can't edge scroll with mouse in non-fullscreen

When not in full screen, cant seem to edge scroll. Now looking for the scroll keys .

Found the mouse drag.

how did you even get windowed mode?

This is working as intended. As you'd have to land the mouse exactly on the border in a non-desktop sized window, and you'll be crossing said border with the mouse any time to switch to another window, it's really not practical in that context.
