[Bug][Gameplay]Unable to create a farm and error message on exiting.

I was unable to create a farm on fertile land.

I also recieved an error message upon exiting.

I dont suppose you saved that game. It looks like in the screenshot your buildings arnt touching the build area for the farm. I'm going to suspect this is the reason that you arnt able to build that farm, as in .806 you must be touching the object you want to build, i.e. refugee/lumber/farm etc.  Although I'm not sure about the error message.
