[Beta3A][Performance] Video and UI Lag/stutter

Game Hangs, lags and stutters since beta 3 started.  Music appears relatively unaffected  but the game remains unplayable. 

The link leads to the Debug.err file.  >< feel awkward providing it like that but was having a real hard time using Pastebin. (It wouldn't post the debug report. Tried three times not sure what I was doing wrong.)

If anyone knows what I'm doing wrong or of an easy fix let me know.  ^^ thanks!

Ive noticed it too, although its not that evident on my game. But the background during choosing your hero stutters, and every now and then it lags down during gameplay. I havnt had that before.

I get lag/stutter just as much as before (including music). I guess I could go back to putting my sound driver on and see. Maybe now it would work better.

Then again, my laptop worked fine with very much lower lag/stutter so who knows (haven't updated it to .806 on my laptop yet)
