Book of Defense, I mean, movement

I've noticed that the Book of Defense that I've gotten from some goodie huts and a quest says that it raises defense but it actually raises movement by 0.2.

I apologise if somone has meantioned this already, I did a search and didn't come up with anything in the first couple pages of results.
