[Suggestion] Cheat Codes

I know that with Beta 3, gameplay and balance are starting to become issues for us to explore.  But that doesn't mean we aren't also searching for bugs, seeing how various spells work, and taking a look at the endgame.  With access to a few cheat codes, us beta testers would be better able to try out extreme scenarios, see how endgame battles work out, and just get a better feel for what kind of powers you units can potentially gain.  Here are some basic ideas.

Resource Cheat:  Self explanatory, gives a bunch of Gildar, supplies, metal, etc.

Level Cheat:  Levels up the selected unit.

Research Cheat:  Finishes the current round of research.

Teleport Cheat:  Teleports selected unit.

Build Cheat:  Finishes all units and buildings a city is constructing.

Spellpoint Cheat:  Gives a bunch of spellpoints to the selected unit (or maxes them, if the former is not easily implemented)

Judging by the developer videos, some of these are already implemented, so putting these together shouldn't be that hard.  Who else thinks adding cheat codes would be a good use of the devs' time?

I hope they get ride of any cheat codes, if you need to cheat, what's the point?

If you really need to cheat then just reload your last saved game.

Pad, cheating for testing purposes isn't excactly the same as cheating when playing the actual campaign or sandbox mode. I'm sure there are some REALLY weird people who like to use cheats, but I doubt they are the ones playing these kind of games...

In a game that's moddable like Elemental is, there is always the possibility to "cheat" by adding hugely overpowered units ant twaking stats, so having cheat codes in doesn't actually matter. Just don't use them. For testing purposes there's a point in having them in.

The ones i know of so far are:

ctrl+q 150ish spell points

ctrl+e researches everything

ctrl+p adds experience to your sovereign

ctrl+u reveals the map

ctrl+t teleports the selected unit to your mouse pointer.

ctrl+m gives you money.

there might be one or 2 others.

also found ctrl+n that seems to spawn a spouse.

ctrl+C appears to copy the selected unit. alas it doesnt work correctly on sovs.
