[Suggestion][Dynasty] Add marriable NPCs to the minor factions

Since waiting for your fellow sovereigns to have a second generation takes such a long time, it seems like a good idea to add characters that can be married to minor factions, specifically to help the kidlings continue the family line. Seems like a nice addition for minor factions to have.

Don't forget incest:P I think incest should be an allowable option, if you can't find anyone else to maryy (or don't want to). Maybe some negative bonuses after a while, however.

Hmmm... incest would probably be out.  But adding some more options for marrying prospects would probably be helpful.

If ESRB concerns have removed ale from the game, seems like incest options will definitely be left to the modders. Song of Ice and Fire projects would need it if they want to be able to play 'historical' games with the Targaryens on the Iron Throne.

Re "second generation takes such a long time," I like how that provides a strong distinction between the game-opening phase and the got-your-feet-under-you phase.

Call it in-breeding, not incest... Allow cousins to marry, but if it happens too often, a kingdom can essentially collapse because of an un-ending run of idiots, simpletons and banjo-strumming loons.
