[Bug/Gameplay] [v .805] Lost Library is unbuildable

Well I can report that the Lost Library is still unbuildable in Beta 3. It is listed as 0 Tiles to build in the UI and will not appear on the, "dilapidated castle," used for the building. I can select it in the menu of course (clicking on the selection turns the highlight on).

I've noticed the same thing. However, it has let me select the Lost Library then click on empty land next to it in my city and it builds an invisible one. I have 4 in one city now. You can even build other things on top of them, being invisible and all. It really is a Lost library.
