[.805] End Turn Not Responsive

Pressing the 'end turn' button does not advance the game turn; the button changes color to yellow and depresses before reverting back to green, but the game turn will not advance. The UI remained functional, and I was able to ESC, Main Menu, and Exit without error. A crash dump .ZIP file was created.
