[Suggestion][Gameplay] Wizard towers extending casting spell range.

I feel that you should be able to build a wizard casting tower in a town and as long as a wizard/caster is in the town he will have extended casting range. Possibly allow a daisy chain of other wizard towers to create an even longer casting range.

This would allow spells to even be cast in tac battles even though a wizard isnt present.
