[.805][Bug] Food Resource Appears Not to Calculate Properly.

There appears to be formulaic issues with the way food is both calculated and displayed. Note the first screen shot showing 2.6 food available in the location even after just completing a 6-food Oasis:

Note it the first screen shot if the book had mouse-over features where materials/supplies were originating from (and it SHOULD) this would be easier to diagnose.
