[.805][Bug] Sovereign Damaged When Founding City with Pioneer

Every time I found a city and a Pioneer Unit and the Soverign are in the same location (stacked), the Soverign is damaged, loses one Essence, flees to the newly found locale, and the following screen shows. Note in such an instance the Pioneer is NOT used up (while w/o the Sovereign the Pioneer IS used up).
