[Beta3][805][Crash] Crash when choosing tech

from Elemental Forums

My first crash so far, I had just finished researching the 3rd or 4th level of Civilization and after choosing a specific tech (Civics?) the game crashed to desktop.

I've got a few crashes like this too, which I may have included already in this post with 14 crash dumps.  But certainly, sometimes you get a crash when finishing research of technologies or after choosing a new technology.

I hit the crash again! I had loaded the same game as before (from an earlier manual save, the autosaves both froze the game if I tried them), kept playing past where it crashed before and I was able to research another 6-7 techs before having the game once again CTD when clicking Continue after choosing a specific tech during a breakthrough.

Happened again, same situation, after choosing a tech. Hopefully three dumps of the same problem on three different occasions will help you track this down, it makes the game very hard to play on my computer right now since I am guaranteed a crash every couple of research breakthroughs.
