Lumber mills?

Hello, I am new to the beta so if this is a dumb question slap me. I have followed the beta and watched utube videos of it, have also read the change to lumber yard.

Lumber mill and it requires old growth forest. The problem I have, No tech building.. I research construction and with or without old growth in my city limits with building adjacent, there is no lumber mill icon in my build que.

Any help out there appreciated.

I can confirm this.  Even when you have an Old Growth Forest near to your city, mousing over it says "Research Construction to harvest" even when you already have, and the Lumber Mill does not appear in the valid build choices list at all.  So this appears to be a bug.
