[Bug/Gameplay][0.805] - Cannot build in city

Hopefully I search didn't miss a similar topic already posted...

 

Somewhere around turn 160 in my game it stopped allowing me to build in my level 4 city, with all buildings greyed out due to tile requirements (even tile requirements of 1).  There are two or three empty tiles that may be gardens (wherever I built them originally, they disappeared), however I cannot build on these.  I am also unable to destroy buildings, as I receive a message that it will make my city non-contiguous (have tried on every building in my city, even a watch tower).

 

I've tried building another city and advancing another 40-50 turns, however, it doesn't change.  Since I can't build another house to advance the city level, the city effectively seems stuck.  The strangest part is earlier in the game I remember having tiles available on the outskirts of my city that it no longer shows as available.

I think I have a similar issue, except I can't build anything at all right from the start.

The build box pops up, but I can't see anything to select.

I was able to play one game for a while with a custom Sov. Things were going along fine with building and exploring then i had some random crash after I encountered my first 'neighbor'  After that crash I am unable to build anything in a city without the game freezing up or CTD.   I have started games with s Sov and just explored fine for quite a while, but when I plop down a city anything I build freezes or CTD.

See if running the game in windowed mode helps.

If you're experiencing crashes, please make your own thread and provide the details requested in the reporting guide sticky so we can investigate them.

A savegame would be helpful in determining the cause of this.
