My leader had 15 INT and WIS. I cast a revive land spell (dunno yet if essence cost has something to do with the problem) and then enchant prod and brilliance on city,but mana never came back... couldn't cast any more spell (in 400 turns...)
Actually it was written in character sheet mana regen : 0 :/
I had the exact same problem in my second game... First game I didn't seem to run into it though.
Yup, same problem here on a custom Soverign. Using Proceponee, She had mana regen and could keep casting spells.
If you run into this again, please provide a savegame if the problem persists upon reloading it.
Okies. Will wait for the Beta 3A upload before posting. You guys have probably fixed it in that update 
had same issue, save game and quit then reload, mana regens again
This is now fixed internally. It only occurred upon the first use of a new custom sovereign.
