[Crash] CTD after clicking NPC recruit button

I've been getting a lot of ctd's with this last build. Just happened in fact. Mine don't seem to happen after anything in particular, this time I had just bought the minor fire elemental spell and it crashed when I came out of the study window, and they don't repeat after a reload.
