reloaded save played to turn ~250 ,complete lockup in elemental now 2 towns did not move sov as trying to build towns/income/research up

saves, err & dxdiags.

unable to do further testing until very early morning my time due to isp exceed download limit throttleing as entrenchment does not load  during throttle time with remove firewall/antvirus, make sure signed in to impulse error.

note still able to surf web/upload files post to forum, JUST NOT START elemental.
