Sovereign (Pariden) led an army across the line into Altar:

Received a warning from Lord Relias and declared war:

But before I could take a step further, Lord Relias sent his warm regards (?):

Then Lady Irane sent her warm regards (??):

(and then I conquered his city)

This is turn 241, and it's the first time in this game that I've seen any of the other sovereigns.
