[Feedback][0.804] Laptop Overheating / Slow World Creation

My dual core laptop is overheating and then shutting down in the latest build. In 0.803, this never happened (I was surprised, in fact, by how well it ran), but it does it consistently in 0.804.

There's a few external factors that can be taken into account (my laptop is terrible at dumping heat, it's suddenly got extremely warm in England etc), but I do think the shift has been the major thing.

Debug.err and DXDiag. I'd post a virus scan, but I don't think I have anything that gives a copy and pasteable text file.

Pastebin doesn't seem to be working.

EDIT: Also, I've been having problems making a single player game. The load time from "make a world" to the sovereign choice screen can be about a minute long, whilst it was literally seconds in 2A, and then moving to the appearance tab in sovereign creation takes about the same length of time.
