This is related to my previous bug about the game crashing to desktop .

when i started a new game chose my sov and switched faction when the game loaded my sov created a city automaticaly

and it looks like it did not cost me a thing .

Or am i a fool and pariden gets a free city on start ?

because its starting to look that way .
