[.804][Hang up] Game hangs at splash screen

The game will not get past the main splash screen.

I have let it run for several minutes with no progress.

Based on previous experience in this Beta, I always remove and re-install when a new version comes out.

I have tried in fullscreen and windowed modes with the same result.

I  read the other similar thread, but my issue has nothing to do with Internet access or lack thereof.

I have no firewall software and no outbound ports are blocked by my hardware firewall.

I assume we can't contact Tech Support for beta issues.

So, short of a mod/dev posting in your thread, how do you know if your issue was noted/reported?

Should I just wait for the next build and hope I can launch the game then?

I don't see my particular issue listed, but I do see the issue I had from .803 on there.

You did not create a new thread before now. If you encounter a new issue, you need to create a new thread--if you bump a thread from an older build with a report of a different issue, it will very likely be overlooked.

I created the thread as soon as I had done the update and some initial troubleshooting, which pushed creating the post into Friday.

It can be difficult without a post to know if a bug report thread has been seen by the devs.
