[0.804][2B][Bug] Custom sovereign and spellbook

When I start a game with Lady Procipinee and go to the researchable spell, I see spells from all the books she has at the start of the game

When I create a custom sovereign and choosing all available spellbooks, I can only research spell from the life spell book at the beginning of the game. I can't research spells from the earth, wind, fire and ice spellbooks.

It seems to be linked with factions:

- if you choose pariden, you can research all spells book you have choosen

- if you choose Altar or Capitar, you can only research life

- If you choose gilden, you can research earth, fire and life

- If you choose Tarth, you can research air, ice and life

Pariden allows  you to simply research all spells. I picked just earth and could research fire, ice, air, and ruin (which I'm pretty sure only empire nations are eligible for) along with life and earth
