[0.804][Bug][Graphics] Buildings disappear/reappear

Buildings disappear from my cities.

I can fix this by scrolling out to cloth map, clicking the build icon and then scrolling back in.

Ya my buildings disappear as well, well mostly if I build them at the cloth map level, then they are not there when I zoom in, if I zoom in to the 3d view and build them then they are there and stay there.

I can reproduce this by exiting build mode from the cloth map view.  Entering build mode from the cloth map, then zooming in to 3D view makes everything re-appear just fine.
