[.804][Bug/Graphics][Bug/Gameplay]Guilds do not appear to finish constuction.

Dungeon Master/Assassin Guilds that have completed construction still look like they haven't been finished.

They appear to make no changes to the city, but do dissappear out of the build queue.

Dual ATI Radeon 4870x2s (1 of 4 GPUS utilized, crossfire disabled)

Many improvements do not have their final models implemented (nor will they) in the beta, so this is as intended.
