[0.804][2B][Gameplay] rotating the map with a 2 buttons mouse

I would like to know you could rotate the map if you have only 2 mouse buttons. Because I am stuck with this view

This has happened after I have planned some improvements with build city zoom mode enabled. It is the first time that this appeared.

If nothing else, the 1-4 keys will set the view to preset angles as in GC2.
