Sovereign finds potion of speed, drinks => 4 move sovereign

Sovereign finds patchwork greaves equips, unequips longstrider boots => 3 move sovereign +1 Defense

Sovereign reequips longstrider boots => 3 move sovereign with unbuffed defense

Is this working as intended?
