[0.803] [Bug/Gameplay] Auto-move off of square ocuppied by newly built city reduces movement of first unit only.

I created a new game.  Selected General Carrodus as my sovereign.  He comes with 2 Sentinels to start.  I built a new city on the starting square.

The group consisting of General Carrodus and his two sentinels moved one square to the south east to accommodate the newly built city.

General Carrodus's remaining movement was reduced to 1.1  (The amount is discussed in a bug report here).  (PS. I can't spell sovereign)

The first sentinel's remaining movement was not reduced and remains at 2.0 .

The third sentinel's remaining movement was not reduced either and remains at 2.0 as well.

When a stack moves, the movement is only reflected in the move points of the top-most member of the stack. However, if you attempt to move one of the others in the stack, after you've moved the stack, you'll find that it won't let you move on from there. Actually, the box to highlight the spot where the unit is, shows up where the stack started last I checked (although I was looking after movement, rather than after city founding).

I thought it might be an all-encompassing bug, but I made this post in case there is a specific bug after city building.

I just check it again.

After building the city, the "reported" remaining movements are:

General Carrodus: 1.1

Sentinel 1: 2.0

Sentinel 2: 2.0

Soooo.... I tried moving

I was able to move one sentinel two spaces to the north.

I was able to move the second sentinel two spaces to the east.

A better view:

I was only able to move General Carrodus one space to the east.
