[Crash] Out of Memory

The program froze and a little window popped up saying out of memory, I clicked okay and it closed.  I was at 810 turns if that matters.

I started playing with Beta 2.  Every single game that I have played, except those where I (or all enemy Sov's) die early, crash with an 'Out of Memory' error, although I'm not sure on the turn number.

I've just finished two games.  Both crashed with the 'Out of Memory' error, both at turn 75.

This is very helpful.  In your game,  it's using 1.7GB of memory but there's only  5 cities and 137 units so you'd efinitely hit on something.

 

Any chance you could send us a saved game?

Here you go!  I started from a reload, and the game went from turn 79 to 140.  I had the task manager open, and it went up to about 1.4gb of memory, which is about the normal crash point for me.

On my game crashes from out of memory errors, I have noticed they all run to about 1.4gb of memory also before it occurs.

(Edited to include the dump file. Had to create the zip/rar myself. On these crashes it made the .dmp file but it did not create a zip file successfully)

I have posted at least a half a dozen dumps for this problem in other threads (there are a lot of them), but I'm not sure what good a saved game will do.  I play for 40 moves, crash, reload from the last saved game, play for 40 more moves (approximately) crash, repeat.

Anyway, here's my last saved game, from .804.

The debug.err and dump file are in this post.

I crashing too on my 64 bit machine, but not on my 32bit machine. Both using Win7. I hope they can fix this bug soon.
