[0.803][Bug/Gameplay] Archery range built, but no archers available to train

I've created an archery range in a number of cities, but there are no archers trainable.

Where are the archers?

Have you researched Bows/Crossbows and then tried to Design a Unit and provide them a Bow/Crossbow as part of their Kit?

Like all other units, you can create what you want, they don't all just magically appear... not yet anyways...

Thanks, I'll take a look again. I have researched everything. I just assumed that once you create an archery range, archers would be available. After all peasant, pioneer, and caravan types are there by default.
