[bug/graphics] foggy visual

i have this bug happening few times

the whole game is foggy:

this is completely random, sometimes it goes away alt tabbing sometimes i have to restart the game

it probably relies to the video option "advanced lighting" since when i have this problem if i disable it, it goes back to normal visual
